Inspection, Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Instant Doorstep Cancellation (Zero Risk)

If upon delivery the book delivered does not match the requested edition, is damaged during transit, or exhibits printing defects (missing pages, inverted printing), you may reject the parcel instantly with the courier agent with zero payment required.

2. 48-Hour Defect Replacement Guarantee

If a hidden internal manufacturing defect (e.g. missing binding signatures or unprinted sections) is discovered after courier departure:

• Notify our support desk within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photo/video proof showing the damaged section and the ISBN bar code.
• A replacement copy will be dispatched immediately via courier.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for books that have been written in, highlighted, spine-cracked, or damaged by liquid exposure after delivery acceptance.
