2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Procedure
1. Phone Confirmation: Once you submit an order, staff contacts you at the provided mobile number to confirm your availability.
2. Courier Dispatch: The order is securely packed in moisture-resistant bubble packaging and handed to our courier partner (e.g., Steadfast Courier / Pathao).
3. Payment: You pay the exact amount indicated on the packing slip directly to the courier agent in Bangladeshi Taka.
3. Package Inspection
We mandate open-box inspection in the presence of the delivery agent. Please check that the title, edition, and physical condition match your order summary before payment.
